Return Policy & Warranty

What Can I Return?


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order) 

What Are My Shipping Fees?


For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return isn't a result of a FOXCID error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:

Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by FOXCID, a return shipping label will be provided. 

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used and are generally issued within 3 business days of receiving all returned items. Depending on which bank the customer belongs to, they may require additional processing time to reflect the refund to your account.

For customers with purchases that cannot be refunded to the original form of payment—like visa gift cards—will instead receive the full refund in store credit for FOXCID. 

Warranty and Defective Returns


Our warranty covers defective or malfunctioning products, and products that were damaged during shipping. If you have been issued one of these products, we may request you return the defective part to us. In these cases, FOXCID will pay for the return shipping labels.

FOXCID has a 1-year warranty for all our LED lights, and lighting equipment—and a 1-year warranty for all car and auto parts. The warranty starts on the date of original purchase, and ends one year after the date of original purchase—even if it was replaced during that warranty period.If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, FOXCID requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.

All replacement orders issued 180 days after the initial purchase date will be charged for shipping. For return items over 6 months past their purchase date we can only offer a partial refund. Our warranty does not cover misuse—or general wear and tear—of FOXCID products; all products are for their intended purposes only.
